Courier delivery for our parcels has appeared on iHERB using the Boxberry delivery service. I tested this service by ordering iHerb to my home and am ready to write my reviews and delivery times from America, which have now become significantly shorter!

iHerb Shipping now offers two new options, these are Boxberry Courier delivery And Boxberry Pickup points. Changes also affected the weight of the purchase - now you can order parcels weighing up to 5 kg and costing up to $150, and you can also choose to track your order using a tracking number.

The only difference is that in the first case, when choosing courier delivery, a courier arrives and brings an impressive box to your home, but when choosing the second option, you will need to go to the Boxberry pick-up points yourself and pick up the parcel.

When ordering on iHerb, I chose Boxberry courier delivery, placed an order on the evening of May 18 and within a couple of hours received the tracking number for my parcel. Using this number you can track your parcel and delivery time.

I’ll say right away that the parcel is tracked using the tracking number on the Boxberry website, but not instantly, but after a few days. My tracking started on May 23, that is, five days after ordering.

And on the afternoon of May 29, the courier unexpectedly called me by phone and said that in a couple of hours he would bring me a parcel. The courier arrived an hour later and, at my request, handed the parcel to the concierge, since I was at the dacha. She was at customs for just one day, and to me...

The cost of Boxberry delivery depends on the weight of the parcel, the greater the weight, the higher the delivery cost, and the maximum it is for a parcel weighing 5 kg. It is a little more expensive than postage, but it has a lot of advantages:

  • The cost of the package can be up to $150
  • The parcel arrives much faster (it took me 10 days!)
  • it is delivered to your home by courier!!!
  • no need to stand in line at the post office and carry it home, bending under the weight of the burden))

I also hasten to inform you that Boxberry is now available for delivery in the iherb store 30% discount applies until the end of June! I’m already browsing the site with all my might and choosing heavy products that were difficult to buy before given the known weight restrictions.

Delivery time for orders from iHerb to Russia by service Boxberry amounts to 1-3 weeks depending on destination. Arrives in Moscow in a week. It is possible to receive orders in points of issue, of which there are already many in Russia - there are in all large cities, many not very large and even some small ones, as well as in PickPoint parcel terminals, of which there are even more. Restrictions:

  • The order amount is not higher 150 dollars.
  • Parcel weight no more 5 kg.
  • The shelf life of an order at Boxberry pick-up points is: 14 days, in PickPoint parcel terminals - 7 days.

Boxberry delivery is calculated according to the following scheme: the higher the order amount and the lower its weight and volume, the less you will have to pay for its delivery. That is, in general, it is more profitable to buy something that is lighter, smaller in size and more expensive. At the same time, iHerb has products with the “economy delivery” option - the presence of such products in the order helps reduce its cost.

Moreover, if your purchase from iHerb is worth over 60 dollars, then preferential delivery rates come into effect, and then it will be delivered to Boxberry pick-up points and PickPoint parcel terminals free, and courier is either inexpensive or also free.

Also keep in mind that the cost is calculated noticeably lower for delivery to large cities and their suburbs than to more remote settlements. Moreover, the cost may be different for seemingly equidistant settlements from any major city. So sometimes it makes sense to check different Boxberry pick-up branches if it’s convenient for you.

All shipments from iHerb transported by Boxberry are insured. Therefore, if the package suddenly gets lost or something in it is damaged along the way, you will receive full refund.

This means that after you collect all the desired items in the cart, at the bottom of it in the “Find out the delivery cost” block, enter your postal code, click the “Calculate” button, and then select one of two options:

  • Boxberry - Pick-up points and parcel terminals
  • Boxberry - Courier delivery

It should be added that Boxberry does not have its own courier service, but uses others, including EMS Russian Post.

After sending your order from iHerb using the Boxberry service, you will immediately be provided with a track number to track your parcel. But you will be able to directly start tracking it, that is, see where it is currently located, only 2-3 days after that.

You can see where your parcel is going by clicking on the button "Track my parcel" in an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. This can be done in your account on the iHerb website in the section "Orders" by clicking on the appropriate button next to the order of interest.

After which a page will open with the current status of the parcel and the history of its movement. When you click on the button "View departure history" the full path of the order will be displayed, and when you click on its number next to the Boxberry icon, you will be redirected to their website with similar information.

And there was a case when the order was paid, and at the point of delivery I only had to pay for the delivery itself.. And in all three situations, the employees worked very politely and quickly!! I have never spent more than 5 minutes in the department.

I know that not everyone has a good relationship with this service... And perhaps this is a purely human factor, BUT for the entire time I contacted them, all the operators were different, and several times the support service called me back and asked if I was satisfied with their work - and that’s worth a lot!!!


I also liked that long before signing the receipt, one of the employees brings out boxes for me and places them near my feet, as if hinting that open/check if necessary)) In other TCs this is prohibited... Until you sign, no opening!
