Renunciation of Russian citizenship or acquisition or possession of citizenship of one or more other states, unless otherwise provided by an international treaty of the Russian Federation; submission of knowingly false information or forged documents when entering the civil service;
Submission of knowingly false information about property, income and property-related obligations, as well as failure to provide information established by this Federal Law.
Other federal laws may specify additional restrictions regarding civil service and entry into it. A citizen enters the service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in accordance with the results of the competition, unless otherwise provided by law.
The procedure for holding such competitions is regulated in the Regulations on the competition for filling a vacant position in the state civil service of the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 01.02.05, No. 112. Additional documents must be certified by a notary or the personnel service of the place where the citizen serves or works;
A document that proves that the citizen does not have a disease that prevents him from entering or serving in the civil service;
Other documents that are specified in Federal Law No. 79-FZ “On the State Civil Service” dated July 27, 2004, or in other federal laws, as well as in decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation and Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation;
Your resume. If a citizen took part in a competition to fill a vacant civil service position and won it, then he must necessarily submit the following documents:A work record book, or such documents that indicate military or other service;
Documents according to the established state standard, proving that the citizen has vocational education, professional retraining, internship, advanced training, and also, if any, an academic title or academic degree;
Military registration document if the citizen is subject to conscription for military service, as well as if he is liable for military service;
A personal statement in which a citizen asks to be accepted into the civil government service and to be given a position in the civil service of the Russian Federation;

If available, decisions on conferring honorary, special and military titles, awarding state awards, decisions on awarding state prizes;
