3.4. Organize the preparation of repair work, determine
the need for spare parts for equipment repair.
3.5. Monitor the activities of departments
enterprises involved in repair work and testing
equipment, compliance with operating rules, technical
maintenance and supervision.
3.6. Develop measures to improve the organization
maintenance and repair of equipment, to reduce labor intensity and cost
repair work, improving their quality, increasing efficiency
use of fixed assets (increasing wear resistance and reducing
equipment downtime).
3.7. Participate in technical development planning work
production, overhaul and modernization of fixed assets,
drawing up a balance of production capacities and their use.
3.8. Develop regulatory materials on preventive
maintenance and repair of equipment (standards for repair and maintenance
costs, service life of spare parts, range of replacement and
wear parts, norms and limits of lubricant consumption
materials).
3.9. Analyze the causes of increased wear, accidents and downtime
equipment and participate in the investigation of their causes, as well as the causes
occupational injuries, take measures to prevent them.
3.10. Monitor compliance with established deadlines
compiling lists of defects and requests for repairs.
3.11. Prepare requests and specifications for spare parts, materials,
tools, control their correct use.
3.12. Prepare materials for concluding contracts with
manufacturing enterprises for the supply of spare parts and equipment,
as well as with specialized contractors for capital
repair of fixed assets (industrial-production and non-industrial) assets,
exercise control over the expenditure of funds for these purposes.
3.13. Take part in work related to the development and
implementation of standards and technical specifications for operation, maintenance and
equipment repair.
3.14. Give opinions on rationalization proposals and
inventions, on improving the design of equipment,
organizing repair work and equipment maintenance,
provide practical assistance to innovators and inventors and
organize the implementation of accepted proposals.
3.15. Summarize and disseminate best practices in organizing repairs and
equipment operation.
3.16. Keep records and certification of equipment, buildings, structures and
other fixed assets of the enterprise, make changes to the passports after they are
repair, modernization and reconstruction, draw up the necessary technical
documentation and maintain established reporting.

IV. Rights

The repair engineer has the right:
4.1. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the enterprise management,
relating to his activities.
4.2. Submit proposals for management's consideration
improvement of work related to the responsibilities provided for
this instruction.
4.3. Receive from heads of structural divisions,
specialists information and documents on issues included in its
competence.
4.4. Involve specialists from all structural divisions
enterprise to resolve the responsibilities assigned to it (if this
provided for by the provisions on structural divisions, if not - with
permission from the head of the enterprise).
4.5. Require the management of the enterprise to provide assistance in
performance of their official duties and rights.

V. Responsibility

The repair engineer is responsible for:
5.1. For failure to perform (improper performance) of their duties
